Project governance - Workshops & events - Partnership research - Grants & sponsoring - Audience development - Communication strategies

Over the past 25 years, we have been developing long term as well as project-specific collaborations with a wide variety of cultural organizations worldwide. Within these long-term collaborations, our engagement often varied over time and as a result we were given plenty of opportunity to integrate all our skills and knowledge in constant challenging contexts.

We are experienced to work within hybrid cultural contexts, while taking our responsibility of the planning, budgeting, execution, controlling, and closing of multiple types of projects and events. We depart from a role as facilitator and innovator for all stakeholders involved, through the development of strategies for partnerships.

We are well aware that almost all cultural projects struggle with limited (financial) resources, which to us does not mean a limitation in possibilities per se. Limited resources are often a source for creativity and ingenuity, thus creating opportunities for out-of -the -box innovations and unconventional collaborations.

Planning for the right kind of communication channels to direct the flow of information is quintessential. Many of the projects we have led so far are in many different ways directly related to the involvement of the artists with an (unknown) audience. Through these projects, they open up their process of creation to others. The fundamental aim is that the work of art, in turn, becomes a two-way exchange.
